Round Valley Inspection Warranty: Protection for Your Home Purchase

Warranty is for a home inspection when purchasing a home, transfer of sale.

Warranty does not apply to pre-sale inspections.

Warranty applies to 1 or 2 family homes and condominium properties.

Never Occupied, newly constructed, or properties that have been vacant for more than 30 days are excluded from the warranty program.

No Additional cost to the buyers.
